Saratoga's 4th race

I'm not betting this one, but i just wanted to point out that #3 Zee Zee (5/1 ml) recorded a heads-up 7-furlong turf drill with Caravel, who ran second for Mott in the early 2yo turf route on Friday (the later one went considerably faster). Also worth pointing out that Desormeaux takes the call here, and he's been abord most of Mott's live first-timers of late.

I really like Return to Paradise today in this spot this filly was bet down to 40 cents on the dollar last out and was steadied after the start and also had no where to run down the lane and still only finished 1 3/4 back running 5th in a 6 horse field. Will also love the stretch to a route from a sprint. I recommend a win and place bet at 2/1 or more if lower pass the race.

Wow. A 3 horse entry at a 5/1 M/L scratched into a 1 horse entry and bet down to 8/5. Think the Mott barn knew this one was a runner?

The other two Mott horses were entered for main-track-only. I was rather surprised, because one of them was Saratoga Summer, who i've had my eye on and i expecteed to be entered on grass. If he'd have been coupled with Zee Zee (both running), i would've bet them.
