2yo fillies going 5 1/2 with many first timers going out. Whitey McCarthy told the owners that his steed is now ready to shine?

#8 LONGSTOCKING, 4-1

Her first out at Delmar was not the best of breaks. Broke slow and showed nothing. Since then, has had more gate training and been working like a good one. Mike Smith stays on board after first out when she burned a lot of money. 4-1 may not hold but 3-1/7/2 would be ok. Her dirt works at SA are pretty good!

Lot of speedy types drawn inside but most are firsters, so who knows what they will do when the gate opens. Whitey expects nothing less than a prime effort. W/P seems about right?

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

John Sadler's entry, #4 Ben's Dutchess, 6-1, had a bad break in debut but ran on well. Been working well since----Whitey thinks that the Kristen Mulhall ml fav ---who is a firster-- #5Cafetiere-is well meant also. Gets Bejarano and could be a good one with a long list of works leading up to debut. Hard to tell about BB's #1, paid over a half million for this one so she must look the part!

Per Mr. Harrington, Whitey's charge looks the best, followed by Bobby B's pony. Bejarano has been up in the AM on the Mulhall. That's all "I" got.
