    hey gambler,, i work for fedex, and i think we can leave the pkg, even if it has dry ice,, if you want it released,, the shipper (that is), provided its not in an apartment complex, or unsafe location., and also, be aware, that there is an additional charge for signatured required, and saturday deliveries,, just an fyi
