Question about Post time for Santa Anita?

What is the exact Post time EST for Santa Anita on Saturday? It says Noon but not sure if thats out west or its EST. Thanks

Also I like Chocolate Candy in this race.

    the est is at 3..the derby goes off at 536...

    I give you west coast guys credit because over here on the east coast post times are normal basically for all tracks but with you guys a 1 oclock post over here its only 10 over there... Give you guys a lot of credit.
