This had been widely speculated for the last few weeks, but Moss and Shireffs had been denying it up to now. I'm surprised they made this public before the Eclipse Awards though. I thought that any announcement would either be made at the cermony or afterwards. It would be fun if she followed Rachel around the country and kept beating her, lol. Especially if Rachel is voted Horse of the Year, as i suspect she will be.

Rachel will be older and a lot tougher this year, the boys will think twice, I wouldn't worry about Zenyatta.

I'd have to imagine that Rachel is the #1 reason Zenyatta has remained in training. Although the Dubai World Cup is an enticing target as well. It would be a real shame though if Zenyatta went to the Middle East and came back a changed horse. It wouldn't be the first time that has happened, and it could potentially ruin the big Rachel/Zenyatta showdown.
