I had a sheet that told me all distances in workouts with time being changed to estimated speed rating. If anyone has one or knows where I can copy it off the internet, Please share it with me-------May the horses be with you.

Creating speed ratings from workouts is perhaps the dumbest thing i've ever heard. Horses (good ones, anyway) aren't going all-out in workouts, so the times are virtually meaningless. What's far more important is how a horse is doing it, and how he might've fared in company with another horse.
