I was just wondering, you hear so much damned talk about Wesley Ward's success with 2yo's, then what the hell happens to these horses when they turn 3yo? Does anyone have his stats with horses other than 2yo.

Good Question because I saw him workout a bunch of them at River Downs Turf Course Last summer before he shipped to England to race last year and have not seen them since.

Ward wins races in bunches early in the year, then you're right, his horses don't generally make much noise after that. One thing i've always wondered about, why does he insist on having an entry in every race? Oftentimes he'll name the same rider on both, so one is guaranteed to scratch, but i just don't understand the reasoning behind it. He always seems to enter two.

I wish he'd remember to pay the $50 to register a horse as a calbred before he tries to enter him.
