Default Vironica-Contest B.S.
I have been disqualfied from this contest about (three) times for posting tracks not on the list, to many picks, those disq. were fine i was wrong and paid the price, and now i post a track on the list and at the (eleventh hour) 11:53 am just before posttime. you say oops no churchiii downs. It's easy to post new picks, but how do i find two picks that will pay (42.20) the amount they paid at churchill. By the way what is the reason for no (Churchill) this week. I don't expect an answer because the last i asked a question i got no answer

Eligible racetracks for contest will be:
(NYRA) Saratoga, Belmont, Aqueduct
(Southern California) Del Mar, Hollywood Park, Santa Anita, Fairplex
(Kentucky) (Churchill Downs,) Keeneland, Ellis Park, Turfway Park
(Others) Gulfstream Park, Arlington Park. Delaware

oscar, the eligible tracks for each contest is always posted on the Official Contest Thread http://www.horseracingtalk.com/horse...27-a-3312.html.

Active Tracks for this contest: Aqueduct, Hollywood, or Keeneland.

It will not be fair to count Churchill Downs.

Oscar,

This was my mistake, Churchill Downs is an eligible track, and should have been counted this week, but when I posted the original thread I did not realize CD was opening on Friday, so I only listed Keeneland, Aqueduct, and Hollywood as the eligible tracks.

Since Churchill Downs was not listed as an eligible track on the official contest thread, and since Vironica clearly stated in yesterday's post that Churchill Downs plays would not be counted, there is no fair way for it to be counted now.

I apologize for the confusion.

mr. oscar, i think the reason for no churchill downs was :
that at the start of this contest, keeneland was still running
and the day after closing day, churchill downs started their
meet, it would be the same as santa anita closing on friday
and hollywood racing the following day. thank god the tracks
in california gives up a few days to go to the bank and get some
more money. from here out you have until july to find another
20-1 shot...i myself save all my long-shot plays for sunday...
i feel your pain, because you had a super-live winner, but
it was listed in the official contest thread, and as always
good luck and good racing....
