John Greenhaw broke well from the gate
picks Spa Monday--Race 6--longshot play
MSW $40k NY bred 5 1/2 turf

#7CHAPEL CHIEF, 10-1

First time starter turned heads couple months ago working at Belmont for FL trainer Danny Conway, who was looking for a soft spot for NY bred. Today he finds and lands in as soft as spot as you will find. Backside talk is that this firster is fast and has been putting in long race simulated works in prep for debut. Expect him to be forwardly placed and get a busy ride late under Fast Eddie Castro. He doesn't have to be very good to break maiden first out against these.

GOOD LUCK!

Yeh
he started to get going best of all and looked like he would pass them all when Castro slammed on the brakes and the hard check cost us as he was going best of all. Bad racing luck. Watch for this one next out in NY bred race!
