JUST WONDERING???? HOW DOES VIRONICA GET TO BE A SUPER MODERATOR AND A REP POWER 10 THAT SOUND BAD ASS I WANT TO BE ONE ,IS THERE A TEST? ON DO YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMEONE ? ON OWN THE SITE ?, IHOPE SHE OK FOR SHE HAS NOT POSTED SINCE 2008???

It comes from people "repping" a post made by you.
For instance, if you make a good point on an upcoming race and someone really likes what you said, they can "rep" you (positively or negatively) on the left side below your avatar. As you can see I have rep power 3 from receiving a few positive reps.
