Saw your question on the other board. Try using Calracing.com -- California Thoroughbred Racing for replays. They have pretty much everything, and best of all it's free...the non-California replays are found by using the "Horse" search feature. The primary exceptions are the Churchill Downs-owned tracks, but you can get several of those replays (Churchill/Fair Grounds/Arlington) on YouTube.
