I thought Yawanna Twist looked very good in the Gotham, not so much in the Illinois Derby. Hard to know what to expect from that horse. Worth noting however that Hawthorne has been extremely speed-favoring on Illinois Derby Day over the past several years, so that might explain his inability to catch the frontrunning American Lion last time out.

Excellent call on Yawanna Twist @ +120, FBN...

Ray, the LAL over Dublin prop was the one that i favored also. I liked him over Super Saver as well, obviously, but i really thought Dublin would be hard-pressed to beat LAL. I think it was a good play, even at the short price.
