What do all of you look at in Past Performances. Harness and Thoroughbred? Just trying to find some different angles. I look mostly at distance rating, as well as class ratings. Anybody have any other GOOD systems?

I look for a horse that has showed slight improvement over the course of last 2-3 races, but not enough to lower his price. Especially when accompanied with a positive driver change, these are good value plays. For example when 4 back the horse runs last, 3 back he runs 7th, 2 back he runs 5th, last race runs 4th while parked out a 1/4 mile and now has a positive driver change.
