from RockportHarbor.com: The surgery went very well this morning. Dr Bramlage told me that it would be almost impossible for him to return to anywhere near his level as a racehorse. After my discussion with Dr Bramlage, I decided to retire him. I am not sure if I will stand him myself in either Kentucky or possibly Florida next year. There is always the possibility of selling him as a stallion prospect. Song of Soloman came out of her race Saturday with knee problems. She is being examined by Dr Bramlage this afternoon. I will report on the web site as soon as I speak with him. On a better note, Larry was very happy with Friesan Fire’s workout. Rick Porter
