John Greenhaw broke well from the gate
picks Oaklawn Park Race 1, Thursday
Mdn $41k 3 & up 1 mile
Alot of well bred and Expensive colts trying to break maiden. The ML fav's are all speedballs who will really push each other and may pay for it at the end.

#1 DAKOTA DIGGER, 5-1
Turned over to Mac Robertson in Dec. after two good races in Canada last summer. Had some problems, but in first start back showed terrific speed turning for home with a big lead only to get nipped at the wire going 6f. Will probably stalk and pounce today. Mac thinks this young 3yo is special and bred to love the extra distance.

#5 INTHENICKOFTIME, 4-1
4 yo has had problems, but first start in Jan. broke slow and closed very well. In next on slop, broke slow and closed very well going around two turns. Should benefit from speed battle today.

#6 AMARYLLIS BEACH, 12-1
Bred to go long. Closed well in last going 6f. This one is said to be a LIVE LONGSHOT!

EXACTA BOX 1-5-6

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER!
#1 came out of gate sideways and took the #2 completely out, then rank as hell, jock Ocampo fought him the whole way.
#6 the live longshot was a sct.
#1 faded to last and #5 moped along and finished 3rd.

Better racing luck tomorrow!
