Default Oak Tree @ Santa Anita - Thursday
Race 4

#4 Dee's Fling (10/1 ml)

Jay Robbins comebacker has been training sharply, most recently with Court (today's jockey) aboard. Looks ready for this assignment vs. rather nondescript field.

Race 6

#8 Raise The River (5/2 ml)

I believe i gave this filly out in her recent stakes race, and unfortunately she got bet down to favoritism (while still a maiden, no less). Ran very well again after a rather wide trip, and drop back into the maiden ranks here. Been training well since the last one, and shouldn't have much trouble stretching out, i don't think. I wasn't sure i should give her out, because i'm afraid she'll be pretty short again today, but her Beyers don't really stand out here, and i'm hoping that Harlene will draw some money.

HRT record:

33 for 116 (28%)

$303.10 mutuels ($9.18 avg)

Dee's Fling was scratched and did not run.

Raise the River went off @ 6/5 and ran out.
