I am new to the forum and to horse racing. does anyone have a handicapping program or system that works at a 40% clip. I use DRF and rely on past lines that show speed, level of race, jockey/trainer, etc., but do not do very well. help is needed or just reassurance that i am not the only one relying on luck more than anything else.
