Here is some info I will share with you all from my Euor connection, he told me that in Europe outside of Germany and French, most of the tracks have really long homestraights. The longer the homestraight the slower and tired the horses finish, makes there finish times faster. In these races they finish more like dirt races in America.(Alnadana, Mad About You and Gloria De Campeao have achieved their big ratings in really strong run races with long homestraights. They're basically one-paced grinders that are vulnerable to horses with a superior turn of foot.) That is a quote from him.
