I do not think you will get that...after everyone saw her win by 20 you will be lucky to get 7-5...

I think If the derby was another furlong the past performances would read Mine That Bird by 20, on the run out after it was over it was a long time until another horse came up to Mine That Bird and a outrider had hold of Mine That Bird I don't think that was a fluke, that little horse running last and blows by them like they are standing still he made me a believer, Rachel Alexandra is a super filly I see no sense in coming back in two weeks and trying to prove a point that she can beat the boys I would let her mature more with just filly races and make a big impression in the breeders cup, it would more than likely be her last race, if Rachel doesn't run I bet Mine That Bird to win if she runs no bet at all.

Musket Man will eyeball her after it's over and she has a tent set up with a oxygen tank for him at the clubhouse turn. Just joking.

She is 4/5 in a future on bodog lol.
I'll DEF be betting against her at 4-5. I'd like to see 2-1 or so.

she really did beat nobody in the oaks, yes shes a great horse without question and not a knock in the world on her but if she does end up in the preakness i think alot more value will be found on a couple other horses.

Enough people refuse to bet on fillies vs. colts that it should keep her price in check, at least somewhat.

She'll go off around 5/2. All the top dogs aren't running and will wait for the Belmont. If it doesn't rain, the race will come up Hull, General Quarters and Musket Man with PON getting into the bottom half of the Exotics. I just think Hull will drain her stemina, with his natural speed and stemina, that she won't have enough for the finish. That's just my scenerio of how the race will playout.

I think the Preakness shape up to be a better race than the Kentucky derby this year with RA in the field .....
I think there will be 3 different classic winners this year ..The 3 yr old championship won't be decide til the late summer races .....and none of these 3 yrs old can beat any of the major 4 years old horse so don't even dream about the breeders cup classic

Rachel ran a 12 second last 1/8th of a mile in the Oaks and wasn't even asked to run by Calvin..I hope Mind That Bird wins the preakness..If not then Rachel Alexandra will be a great story..I'll include Rachel in exotics but will not make a win bet...Mind That Birds odds will be hard to determine..He could be 5-1, maybe as high as 9-1..
