Wow i'm not sure if its just me or what but ever since saturday

i can't pick a horse to save my life let alone buy a winner
i've seen a few picks here an i've play a few an won
but i want to learn how to pick them on my own
i think i'm in a rush to play an thats effecting me
the reason i'm posting this is that i'm venting,
this feels bad, anyways whatever
i had 25.00 to play an brought it up to $167.00 before
this weekend
between saturday an yesterday
i lost it .. not crying but it feels like that " wow funny"an is not the $$$$

any advice or comments would be appreciated ..

i even invested on a program which i'm going to read an study to better my game of horse racing

Stick with trainers that place horses in positions to win. When your starting off stay away from jockeys winning less then 10% of the time. Stay away from cheap filly races and filly maiden races... there is NO real way to handicap those races. Best advice I can give you is..... to have good luck !
