Harness racing fans here?

Happy to be here. Big racing fan and feel I have some things to add.

Oddly enough more of a harness guy myself having grown up in the mid-west and actually owned a few cheap claimers back in the day.

Also a big thoroughbred fan also.

Just wondering if any harness guys to share stories with?

I enjoy harness on certain occasions but predominately follow thoroughbreds. My father actually introduced me to horse racing through harness racing here in Illinois at Balmoral Park. I spent a year or two with that as the track I followed before transitioning to thoroughbreds. I still play go live with my dad and brother on occasion and once in awhile play a few harness races when Im at the OTB at night having a few drinks and playing races. I do strictly play mile (or 7/8ths) tracks as I find the half mile and 5/8ths tracks too driver dependent. I'm younger than most on here though, so my stories are limited to the more recent

I post MONTICELLO everyday they run plus MEADOWLANDS POCONO DOWNS and YONKERS ocassionally...w2w
