Default Handicapping Programs
I'm curious. Who uses commercially available programs to handicap, and if so, which ones? I use
Formulator with Charles Carroll's Speed Program + Performance Figs by someone you may not know --- his nic is CJ, his name is Craig, He limits his subscribers to 100 (I think) and his Figs are very, very good. (His web site is PaceFigures.com.
