Going to DC

Hi guys,

I am going to DC for 5 days for bus. Only about a day and a half is actually business and I need to know if there are any OTB's in DC?

Otherwise, might rent a car and cruise to Monmouth. Anybody got a beat on how long it takes. I hear great thing about it!!

I don't know about OTB's in metro DC, but if you were going to drive, Pimlico / Laurel and Delaware Park are all a heck of a lot closer.
