icons12 Friday Fair Grounds selection
Fair Grounds rc9 - #10 Champange d'Oro

This is a fantastic Friday card at the Fair Grounds -

I've focused in on race 9 - the G2 Fair Grounds Oak - a large field of 11 has been drawn. I've landed on #10 Champange d'Oro. She blitzed maidens last out going first time dirt. Her two previous races were against Lookin at Lucky and She Be Wild in the BC Juv Filly.

She comes off that win with three superior work outs - just might be down the road at a nice price.

Best of luck

Thanks Zen, will def take a look.

Btw, not sure who you're confusing Lookin at Lucky with, but he (being a colt) ran in the Juvenile.

Just something interesting i noticed.....the 3/1 ml favorite Ailalea has never been two turns before.

She also happens to be breaking from the extreme outside in Post 11.

This filly actually ran in the DelMar Futurity! She was well thought of as a 2 yr old.

Do not like Aialea one bit here.

Way I ranked my top three for this race:
1 - Visavis
2 - Quiet Temper
3 - Mambo Fever

My selection Champange d'Oro ran a very game getting beat a nose - running second paying $11.20 & $10.60.
