Pretty strange story. I could understand taking off MTB in order to keep the mount on Rachel Alexandra (especially right after the sale), but taking off to ride Warrior's Reward is a whole 'nother matter. Kudos to the connections of MTB for dumping Borel themselves; find a guy who's willing to stick with MTB all year. Surely there are plenty of top riders who would jump at the chance.

I say let the best come from behind jock at the track have a shot actually that might be a good move.Providing he is a good jock.
