I would say in that range, upwards to 110, I dont recall what Street Sense got last year but i think it was like a 105 or 107 and I am pretty sure Big Brown finished up stronger then he did, i think about a second faster as well! I would say somewhere like 108...... He is a stud! |

I dont think big brown got a 114 beyer speed rating, He was not all that faster coming down the lane the last years winner street sense, and i think he got 105 or so.... This number of 114 has got to be wrong, maybe an equibase number... I guess it doesnt really matter too much but i dont know all the specifics of what goes into tabulating the number but i do believe overall race time along with the last fractions! I will have to wait to see it published in his PPs for the preakness i guess....
