Anyone very familiar with Churchill Downs layout?

Looking to purchase seats for myself and three friends for the Breeder's Cup November.
We're looking for a good location to have a good view (for what we can afford) of the races and large monitor in the stretch. Can anyone familiar with the track recommend some seats for us? We're aiming to spend around $100 for a Saturday seat. Friday we will likely do gen admission.

inside or out? Ground floor or higher?

Prefer to be outdoors.
Floor doesn't matter.

As I've said, best view from what we can afford.
