Draynay broke well from the gate
Default Any thoughts on this ?
“It was an uneventful flight and he handled the trip well,” said trainer Chip Woolley. “He came out of the Belmont great. He has held up well and hasn’t lost any weight. I am tickled with where he is at now.”

The horse ran 3 triple crown races and hasn't lost a pound? I guess horses are not flesh and bone and this one is a machine.....? Chip Woolley is a 2 for 41 trainer. Before the Derby the horse did not finish strong and since the Derby the horse has not finished strong enough to win so is he missing something or is he just accustomed to losing.

I'm pretty sure you answered your own question before you asked it.

I think I could have trained and rode MTB and he would have been a great horse either way.
