Race 4 - #4 Concettina (9/2) Is making her first start off a bit of layoff for trainer Jeff Mullins. She won at first asking so she runs well fresh. Mullins sends out 43% winners with horses going turf/dirt and dropping 50% in claiming price. She comes out the same race as the morning line favorite Love Happens, in that race Love Happens finished 5th and Concettina finished 4th. Today's race looks to have enough speed to set her late kick so look for her to be flying late under the reliable Clinton Potts.
Race 6 - #4 Black Astor (6-1) This is a total pace play today as this race looks to lack a true front runner. Astor showed good early foot in his last race, while running the last fraction in a solid 29.2 and will be looking to steal today's race under jockey Joe Talamo and trainer Lisa Lewis.
