5GP.---#1 COOL TALES 4/1
J. Velazquez climbs back on this Tale Of The Cat colt who's 2nd starters are 74 of 414 {18%}. The dam Shameen,her babies are 2 of 9 {22%}. Velazquez has only ridden 4 times for Jerkens winning 1. The positive is that Jerkens 2nd starters are 11 of 29 {38%} +24, and 6 of 19 {32%} +19, 2nd Lasix. The 2 workouts 5 days apart also got MY attention. The outside posts always have the advantage in 7f. races ,but this ones E speed and horses winning 16% out of the 1 hole in the 7 furlong races may be the difference. Are my eyes deceiving me? Does Lukas have a CLOSER running in this race? I wouldn't play this one unless money shows early for this horse as almost 75% of winning horses are bet below the M/L.
