Really like 2 horses this weekend at Monmouth: Friday: Race 8: #4 Sweet tune 5/1 Like the way this horse was taken from the rail to the outside for the stretch run. She began to make a nice move but stumbled and clipped heels with another horse and lost all chance. Gonna give her another shot here today. Saturday: Race 9: #9 Great Gracie Dane 15/1 Finished 4th only beaten a few lengths last out. Made a nice move coming for home and I think the added distance should help Good Luck |

Brad Thomas( one of monmouths handicappers and a good one at that as he is always looking for horses with price ) highlighted Sweet tune in his daily blog.. Ive been noticing those horses get hammered at the windows. Hopefully not the case today. Thx.

I guess you were correct with Sweet Tune getting bet down. As for the other horse, Great Gracie Dane, didnt even lift a hoof??? Maybe they ship her to the SPA and put her in a restricted stakes with NY breds. Might get a decent price if that happens, considering this last race.
